A: Yes. Whenever possible, we use your GPO's contracts and electronically report your purchases to them.

Q: How is the product delivered, and what is the freight charge?

A: Next-day delivery is provided by Federal Express for just $7, regardless of order size. Multiple orders to the same site on the same day incur just one freight charge.

A: You can enroll today - order today! There are no administrative delays with Suture Express - just return your enrollment, the list of items you want us to stock, and your first Purchase Order. It's that simple!

Q: How do I return a product I ordered by mistake?

A: Simply put it in a box, send it back to us along with our return goods form and we'll promptly issue you a full credit. We don't charge any restocking fees!
